District Events

Our district has three association meetings, and your attendance is very important. 

  • Fall Association Meeting (September)

  • Annual Association Meeting (February)

  • Spring Awards & Association Meeting (April)

Virtual Fall Association Meeting

Our Fall Association Meeting will take place virtually on Thursday, September 26, 2024, via Zoom, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with check-in between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.​​​

​Business may include but is not limited to the adoption of the Thirty-Third District PTA proposed 2024-2025 Programs and Budget, ratification of contracts since the last association meeting, and presentation of financial reports. To vote during the meeting, you must be a member of a unit within Thirty-Third District PTA for the 2023-2024 year or a member of the current membership year for at least 30 days. We will verify your membership through TOTEM or by requesting a copy of your membership card by email. 

Registration will close on September 19, 2024, to allow time to verify membership. The Zoom information will be sent out to those registered a couple of days prior to the meeting.
